1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the WongWian AI Voice platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WongWian provides an AI-powered voice conversation platform that uses speech recognition, large language models, and text-to-speech technology to simulate natural customer service interactions. The Service is provided for demonstration and commercial evaluation purposes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Transmit abusive, threatening, or inappropriate content through voice interactions
• Use automated tools to make excessive API requests or stress-test the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity during voice interactions
• Attempt to bypass access controls or trial registration requirements

5. Trial Access

Access to the live demo requires completing a trial registration form. Trial access is provided free of charge for evaluation purposes. We reserve the right to revoke trial access at any time without prior notice. Trial access does not guarantee future availability or pricing of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to voice models, AI responses, user interface design, logos, and documentation — are owned by WongWian and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Data and Voice Recordings

Voice interactions with the Service may be recorded and logged for quality assurance, system improvement, and diagnostic purposes. By using the Service, you consent to such recording. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. AI-generated responses are for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WongWian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
